The Unic Hotel is home to 33 tastefully furnished bedrooms. The rooms are elegant and extremely beautiful. For upto 4 persons, Superior Room, Deluxe Twin Room and Deluxe King Room is available with working desk for USD45 to USD55. The Standard Room is provided with a mini bar in place of working desk, for about USD40. For more than 4 persons, Family Suite and Grand Deluxe Rooms can be opted. They are equipped with two king sized beds for USD60 to USD70. Deluxe Jacuzzi Room is available at about USD70 providing extreme comfort with king sized bed and additional Jacuzzi. All the guestrooms have connecting rooms except the Standard Room and the Deluxe Jacuzzi Room.
